Q1. What is your Refund Policy?

The Right Fit Cancellation & Refund Policy is flexible. You’ve got 30 Days to return all-non-discounted and discounted – products shopped from our website – therightfit15@gmail.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days after purchase.
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and quality checked by The Right Fit. Your order amount will be refunded to you by ROZERPAY for prepaid orders and via bank account for COD orders.
Q2. Can I Pre-Order Shoes?

Yes! We offer pre-orders on select shoes and gear to celebrate championship moments or the latest THE RIGHT FIT innovations. If an item is available for pre-order, you’ll see a “PRE-ORDER” button on the product page. To pre-order, simply click the button, and we’ll guide you through the process to secure the item and place your order.
Please note, just adding items to your bag does not reserve them. You need to finish the checkout process to confirm your pre-order.
Q3. Are Thong Shoes OK for your feet?

Sometimes best flip-flops that have thicker soles, deeper heel cups and support foot beds can be a good hot weather option. Wear them with caution, though. Walking long distances or fast paced can be dangerous. Many falls and broken toes occur with open-backed and open-toed shoes
Q4. Why can’t I search for specific Girls’ styles or Boys’ styles?

Most Fields Footwear styles can be worn by either girls or boys. When choosing amongst the colors, you are only limited by your imagination!
Q5. How do I find my perfect size?

There are size guides available on men’s shoes product pages.
The shoe size is determined basis the length of your foot and the measurement around the foot at its widest part. It’s normal to have one foot slightly longer than the other. Many people also may not fit into a standard ‘whole’ size, which is why half sizes are so important.
Q6. How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

The delivery takes around 4-5 working days. It will cost around Rs.149, if the order is below Rs.1000 .
Q7. Does The Right Fit ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
